Jiggle Jam is designed to generate the most joyful sound in the world - that of families having fun together! And to kick off the fun, we want you to see all the musical talent your children can muster!

WHO: Your very talented (or just plain adorable) musical child.

WHAT: Submit a video of your kid performing a masterpiece ON A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT (guitar, violin, flute, piano, drums, harmonica, pots/pans etc). The child entering may be singing or accompanied by others, but he/she MUST be playing an instrument.

WHEN: Submissions are open now through May 23rd, but to maximize your online voting, the sooner the better!

WHERE: Winners will be announced live onstage at the Kansas City Jiggle Jam on May 24th.

VOTING:There will be two winners--one based on votes received via the online voting system below, and one selected by a panel of Jiggle Jam Judges based on:

• Musical talent
• Family involvement
• Enthusiasm
• Creativity
• Online votes

PRIZES: The winner of the online vote will receive a Crown Center Family Care Package. The winner of the overall Jiggle Jam Music Video Contest will receive 2009 Jiggle Jam Family Care Package.

RULES:

• Limit one entry per child, age 18 years and under.
• Length should be longer than 30 seconds, but less than 2 minutes.
• Only the first 50 suitable submissions will be considered.
• Submissions will be reviewed for content and length. Any submissions not conforming to the guidelines or deemed inappropriate for the contest will not be featured on the contest page.
• All decisions by the Jiggle Jam contest judges are final.
• Online voters will only be able to vote once per household for an entry.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY:

1. VIDEO your kids making great music.
2. DOWNLOAD the video onto your computer
3. UPLOAD the video to www.youtube.com. A simple registration is required for the YouTube site, and instructions can be found at www.google.com/support/youtube/bin/topic.py?topic=10524.
• When uploading, title the video with the child's first name ONLY and their instrument or song title.
• To help us locate your video, use these Tag words: "KC Jiggle Jam Contest".
4. EMAIL THE LINK TO US: Once uploaded, email the link to contest@jigglejam.com. Include the following information when you email the link:
   • Parents full name (this will not be published).
   • Parents email address (if different from submission).
   • Name of child or children featured in the video (first name, last initial only).
   • How to contact you if your entry wins a prize (email, phone or mailing address).
5. Once reviewed by Jiggle Jam Judges, the video will be posted on the official contest site at www.kcjigglejam.com/contests.html.
6. TELL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY TO VOTE! Email your friends and family to have them check out your kids masterpiece and, more importantly, VOTE for them!
